1.Warm up:
Ask pupils to say the names of five things they take when having a picnic
Greeting to students.

Say the names of five things they take when having a picnic.
Ex : raincoat, umbrella, sausage, hamburger, camera, …

a. Look, listen and repeat
Ask students to look at the book and answer:
Who are they in the picture?
What are they talking about?

Listen to the tape then repeat
Call some pairs to read aloud
Correct the pronoun
b. Look and say

Hamburger: bánh humberger

Tell them to identify the things in each picture.
Note:

Ask pupils work in pairs .
Select some pairs of pupils to demonstrate the task in front of the class.
Check pupil’s pronunciation and help when necessary.

Ask students to look at picture.
Tell them that they are going to practise asking and answering questions about arrangements for the picnic.

Ask students to look at the book on page 61. Help them to identify the things in the pictures.
